Warmup:
Buncha sets of 10 with PVC working on thruster form
400m row
100 jumprope
400m row
100 jumprope (got through all of this set without messing up)
Workout:
5 sets of the following:
10 thrusters (front squat, stand up and push bar up overhead) @ 65 lbs
21 pullups
Boom.
