Warmup:
250m row
3x the following sequence w/45 lb bar:
- 5 deadlift
- 5 clean
- 5 front squat
- 5 push press
- 5 back squat
Workout:
5 sets of 3 Push Jerks at 55-65-70-75-85 lbs
Pushups: 25-30-20-15-40
