Warmup:
Buncha no-weight squats and some lunges. Like 5 minutes.
Pushups: 13-15-12-10-15 w/ 45 sec. rest
Workout:
25 pullups
50 box jumps (24" I've increased!)
50 situps
50 pushups
50 kettleball swings (16 kg)
50 hang power cleans
25 pullups
