Crosssss Fit!
Warmup:
10 rounds of the following:
-30 jumprope
-5 pushups
-5 wallballs
Workout:
Pullup ladder.
I ended up with 14 sets, 1 minute for each set (including breaks), of pullups:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14 reps
(if I could have done more sets I would have)
Sets 1-6 were with the elastic band, sets 7-14 were jumping pullups.
