Warmup:
Some 35-lb. bar stuff and some stretchy stuff.
Workout:
Front Squat:
5-5-3 at 115-125-135 (failed on last round)
Then max rounds in 10 minutes of:
3 muscle ups (I subbed in 9 pullups and 9 ring dips)
6 16-kg kettlebell swings
9 situps
I got 5 rounds.
