25 jumping jacks
400m run with a couple breaks for squats
45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest of:
kettlebell swing (12 kg)
push press (45 lbs)
situps
kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull (12 kg)
thrusters (45 lbs)


Workout:
max rounds in 20 minutes of:
7 push press (85 lbs)
7 pullups
200m run

I did 7 minus 150m. So, I did 6.
