Warmup:
Some active stretching and PVC squats

Then 3 rounds of:
5 overhead squats (PVC)
Run ~20m
5 burpees
Run ~20m
5 overhead squats


Workout:
For time:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of:
Power cleans (105 lbs)
Knees-to-elbows
