Warmup:
3 rounds of:
12 kg kettlebell swing (180 degree range of motion)
PVC overhead squats
200m row
(kettlebells and squats went as long as it took for the rowers to finish)

Workout:
3 rounds of:
30 pullups
30 box jumps (20 inches)


Then breakdancing class!
