Tonight was hard.

Warmup:
2 rounds of 2 sets each of Tabatas:
Rowing, Situps, Lunges, Jumprope

Then a buncha squats for form.

Workout:
Max rounds in 20 minutes of:
15 pullups
30 pushups
45 squats

I did 3, plus 15 extra pullups.
