Warmup:
3 min. Tabata jumprope

3 rounds, 15-9-6 reps of:
75 lb. deadlift
45 lb. back squat
hold in muscle up position until rest of group finishes deadlifts and back squats

Back squat:
5-3-2 at 85-105-115



Workout:
Back squat:
5-5-5 at 125-125-135

Our warmup for this was just some box jumps and lots of standing around. I wonder what happened? I'm pissed we didn't do this because box jumps and 5-5-5 isn't really a workout.
