Warmup:
20 jumping jacks
10 leg swings each leg
Some PVC front squats
45 seconds inverted ring pullups
45 seconds front squat (35 lbs)
45 seconds power snatch (35 lbs)
Workout:
10 minutes, max rounds, of:
5 power snatch (I started at 65 lbs but switched to 55 lbs after 2 rounds)
7 handstand pushups (I started on the wall but switched to a 20-inch box after 1 round -- my right wrist is not well)
I ended up with 7 rounds.
Then Front Squat:
3x5 at 85-105-115
