Warmup:
Buncha PVC squats
Then 3 rounds of
55 lb. sumo deadlift high pull (20-15-9 reps)
Walking lunges while partner SDHPs
Hollow body on floor while partner SDHPs
Workout:
"Chief"
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
Power clean (85 lbs)
6 pushups
9 squats
Rest 1 minute -- Repeat for 5 cycles. Score is total number of rounds.
I did 20 (4 each round). I think I could have pushed for 5 in the first 2 rounds, but couldn't quite pull it off. Squats were the hardest part of this workout.
