Holy crap this was freakin hard.

Warmup:
3 sets (I only did 2 cause I had to pee) of:
150m row
Duck walk ~5m
Burpee into Frog Jump ~10m
10 wall ball
5 pullups

Then
10 squats
5 reps each of deadlift, hang power clean, front squat, and push jerk at 45 lbs.

Workout:
3 sets of the following for time:
(all 65 lbs)
15 deadlift
12 hang power clean
9 front squat
6 push jerk

I rocked this one in 10:something. My shoulder is a little sore now. And I almost puked. Yessssssss.
