Then 3 rounds of:
min 1 - 3 touch-and-go power clean @ 120
min 2 - chill

Then for time (13 min cap):
50 CTB pullups
Every time you come off the bar do:
5 thrusters @ 65 lbs
15 double unders

I got to 42 (in 7 rounds)
