Then 3 rounds of:
20 kb swings (16kg)
20 sit-ups
20 double-unders

Then 3 rounds of:
20 push press (55lb)
20 sit-ups
20 double-unders

30 wall balls (14lb) (relay-style)

Me and T finished in 23:15
