100 jumprope
some GHB situps
like 50 more jumprope
then 3 sets of:
10 squats
20 lunges
10 squats
10 pushups
10 pullups
Workout:
10 sets, 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
deadlift (125 lbs)
ring dips (band assistance)
kettleball swings (16kg)
Then 2 games of broomball! It was an active night.
