Back squats:
5 reps 45 lbs
5 reps 65 lbs
3 reps 95 lbs
2 reps 115 lbs
1 rep 115 lbs


Workout:
Back squats: 3 sets of 5 at 115 lbs
Modified Grace:
10 minutes of clean and jerk (55lbs) trading with a partner
