CrossFit Games 12.4 attempt with injured calf/achilles aka no jumping allowed on right leg:

12 minutes AMRAP of:
150 Wall Balls (14 lbs, 9 ft target)
90 double unders
30 muscle ups

I got through:
150 wall balls aka "Karen" (10:52, PR!)
15 single-leg double unders

It was nice to leave that workout feeling pretty freakin good about myself.
