hang squat clean & jerk: 80% x 1 x 2; 90% x 1 x 2 (no idea what weights I used)
shoulder press: 3 rep max - 90 lbs
Then 3 rounds of:
200m run
25 unbroken pullup (I got way less than 25, can't remember how many)
rest 3 minutes
