Workout:
Hang squat clean 3-3-3 @ 85 (80% effort), 2 min rest between sets

Then 4 rounds of:
1 minute row for calories
1 minute AMRAP 2 box jumps (24") + 3 burpees
active rest 4 minutes
19/17; 18/15; 20/16; 19/16 = 140 calories + reps
