Warmup:
Some PVC stuff
Then 3 rounds of:
Situps while teammate does 10 dive bombers
Box jumps (20") while teammate does 10 dive bombers
10 dive bombers
Back squats (35 lbs) while teammate does 10 dive bombers

Back squats - 5 @ 105 lbs

Workout:
Back squats 5-5-5 @ 115-130-145

Then 3 rounds, time cap at 15 minutes of:
30 double unders
30 pullups
30 wall ball

I did 2 rounds plus 30 double unders in 15 minutes. The first half of the first round I used 14 lb wall ball, after that I used the 10 lb.
