Murph Day wooot!

For time:
1 mile run
100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats broken up however you want (I did a rep scheme w/ sets of 4-5 for everything that worked pretty well for me)
1 mile run

50:09, meh, but after a week of respiratory illness, I'll take it.
