Warmup:
100 jumprope
active stretch
10 pushups
4 pullups
6 kb swings
10 squats
10 situps
10 back extensions
Workout:
Shoulder press 5-3-1-1-1-1-f @ 35-65-85-90-95-100-105(f) <-PR!!!
Then 3 rounds, max rounds in 3 minutes, 3 min. rest between rounds of:
5 toe to bar
5 burpees
15 double unders
2+10, 3, 2+7
