Berenger warmup for snatch w/ 35 lb bar
3 sets of:
5 ring rows
7 overhead squat (45 lbs)
Workout:
Power snatch 3-3-f-f @ 85-95-105-100
Metcon:
Handstand Pushups: 3 rounds of 30 seconds on / 90 seconds off (I used green/purple band combo for assistance so I didn't have to kip)
Hang power snatch: 3 rounds of 30 seconds on / 90 seconds off (45 lbs)
