400m run with 3 burpees every ~100m
Some medicine ball deadlifts and cleans
Workout:
2 rounds for time of:
400m run
20 pullups
20 handstand pushups
20 thrusters (85 lbs)
24:30. I was 1 of only 13 people, and the only girl, to do this workout as prescribed. Wooty!
