2 minutes of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off of each of:
hang and kip (no pullup, just practice kipping)
pushups
walking lunges
20 pushups
2 rounds @ 55lbs of:
5 deadlift
5 hang power clean
5 front squat
5 push press
5 back squat
Push press 5-5-5 at 75-75-95
Workout:
For time:
3 rounds of:
10 kb swing (16 kg)
10 push press (85 lbs)
30 situps
6:30
Working out barefoot wasn't so bad. I might have to get me some Vibram 5 Fingers
