Warmup:
Leg swings
Arm swings

Then, w/ 35-lb barbell, 3 rounds of:
10 flutterkicks
10 sumo deadlift high pull
10 shoulder press
10 overhead squat


Workout:
3 sets of 5 overhead squat at 75-85-95

mile run for time

I accidentally ran a mile and a half in 11:53. Whoopsies. In my defense, I couldn't really see cause there was a torrential downpour and really, really loud, close cracks of thunder and lightning. And Scotty also went the wrong way.
