pullups
goblet squats (16 kg)
push jerk (35 lbs)
Workout:
Push press: 5-5-5 at 90-105-100
Then:
5 rounds for time of:
20 squats
20 pushups
9:00
Then I ran another 400 with Sally to help dodge quad cramping.
