I don't like this site! i lost two messages on it yesterday and two on it today,and it keeps saying I'm not using the right password when I am,then for some unknown reason,it lets me in on the third try after I am thoroughly pissed! anyway---the 4 on the machine means 4% incline. try this for a workout --walk or run--start at 1% and increase the slope 1% per min. till you get to the top (15-20% on most machines) then go back down 1% per min. you should be pretty sweatballed up by then! your getting skinnier DADDO

That would require me to run for 40 minutes straight, which I believe I am far, far away from. Remind me again to try this in a couple months!
