Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:
From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats @ 65 lbs
10 CTB pullups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats @ 65 lbs
12 CTB pullups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats @ 65 lbs
14 CTB pullups
Until you can't get through both rounds in 3 minutes.
I got 77 total reps = 11 pullups remaining in the 2nd round.
