Warmup:
400m RUN!!! I RAN AGAIN HOORAY!
Some barbell work
3 shoulder press, 6 push press, 9 push jerk @ 45 lbs
squat jumps while partner does barbell work
3 shoulder press, 6 push press, 9 push jerk
lunges w/ medicine ball overhead
Workout:
Push Press:
3-3-3 @ 115 lbs
1-1(f)-1(f) @ 135-140-140
Then max rounds in 10 minutes of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
I did knees pushups and assisted squats (used a pole to stand up) and did 7 rounds.
