Tonight I did the workout I borrowed from Kitt a while back:

20 pushups, 1 situp
19 pushups, 2 situps
18 pushups, 3 situps
....
1 pushup, 20 situps


It was easier this time than the first time, with both the pushups and the situps. Woot!

My biceps are hottt right now. I might do more abs, just for kicks.

i've heard of this workout also. but instead of situps, this specific workout called for squats. just another variation to mix it up a bit!

That is incredibly difficult. I just tried and only made it to 16 pushups before my arms stopped working. I will try again tomorrow but start at ten instead of twenty. Thanks for the inspiration.

To be fair -- I do girl pushups for this workout. The hip-centered body mass makes regular pushups incredibly difficult and extra-hard on the lower back, especially for fatties like me. I do really like elevating my feet and doing regular pushups that way, but I don't think I could get through this workout with elevated feet pushups.

ATong, switching it up with squats is a great idea! I love squats.
